Anyway, your picture is fabulous! Reply Bren 12th October 2013 Thank you Renard.. I like Folkestone harbour.. even though I am not a water lover.. I still like looking at boats in the harbour and in marinas. What we did find when we went down to Folkestone tonight.. was the funfair has gone.. and it is just open land now to the beach.. Even the crazy golf has gone.. and the the little shops that sold ice cream and beach toys. Whether there is going to be redevelopment there I don't know.. but it was quite a shock to see the funfair gone. Reply nataliescarberry 12th October 2013 Great photo! Love the boats and their reflections too. Blessings, Natalie Reply Bren 13th October 2013 That is what caught his eye was the reflections... I can remember when Folkestone used to be a cross channel ferry port. now that is going back some years :D Reply Teresa Blay 13th October 2013 I love it. So dramatic! Reply Bren 13th October 2013 Thank you. There were quite a few boats in the harbour.. which is separated by a railway line and bridges.. That particular photo was taken, as you go under the railway bridge towards The Stade which leads to the sandy piece of beach.
