A hint of colour

Today I wanted to try something different… I wanted to turn a black and white photograph back into Colour…. I processed my black and white image mainly in Lightroom, however I did resort to Photoshop to remove a stem which was protruding through the main  flower.

When I had finished creating my black and white image… I then pressed the Colour tab in the HSL/Color/BW panel … nothing happened at first because the Preset I used as a starting point in Lightroom, removed all the Saturation in the Basic Panel.  So I just increased the Saturation until I got what I was looking for…just a hint of colour.
