A Photo a Week Challenge – From Below

On a cold winter's day

The above photograph was taken at Shorne Country Park in February 2018 on a freezing day.

I am entering this photography into Nancy Merrill’s A Photo a Week – From Below as I vividly remember freezing and looking up from below at the sun streaming through the trees, thinking ‘My God why aren’t you warmer?’  As I stood there freezing, with purple lips and a red-face from the freezing cold temperatures.

Who goes out and strolls around the woods when the temperature hasn’t even reached zero? Yes I do.

The photograph was processed in Luminar 2018 and Lightroom and was shot at Shorne Country Park near Rochester in Kent.
