RDP Friday: TRUCK

For my first image into todays Ragtag Daily Prompt called truck I thought I would start off with an image of a Ford Truck on Route 66 at Hackberry.

Truck

Of course every truck has to have a truck-stop.  So again another image from Hackberry.

Truck Stop

Well they are the obvious things for truck.. but today I learnt that a truck can also be a wooden disc at the top of a ship’s mast or flagstaff, with holes for halyards to slide through.  So there is nothing like a tall ship that was moored at North Greenwich when the tall ships race was on back in 2014.

Tall Ships

Have a good weekend everyone and happy snapping!!!!  Well it is going to rain on Saturday here in the South East of England.. so it might mean a little trip out on Sunday to get more images to process.  Where we’ll go I don’t know.  But I am sure I can find somewhere to visit.
