A Photo a Week Challenge: Beauty

The challenge set by Nancy Merrill’s Photo A Week Challenge is called Beauty.  Beauty is all around us.  It doesn’t have to be new… it can be old.  Like this image of the ruins of Fountains Abbey in North Yorkshire.

You can imagine how beautiful this place was when it was first built.  However, to me, there is beauty in the ruins.  Just like there is beauty in a rose.
