Powder Paint Effect

One of the things that I have learned in Photoshop is how to add a Powder Paint Effect to an image.  I really enjoy doing this form of processing and here are a selection of images with the Powder Paint Effect applied to them. In addition to using Photoshop some plug-ins have been used in order to create certain effects in the images. Should you wish to learn this technique and purchase clipping masks and brushes please view the video created by Ninya Walters.
